Manawatu Defence Hub Facilitator
(Part-time 20 hours per week)
The Manawatu has strong capability and expertise in the defence sector and due to an internal promotion we are now looking for a high calibre facilitator to lead the Manawatu Defence Hub (MDH).
You may be the individual we're looking for to take this membership-driven business group to the next level, and enhance recognition of Manawatu as the centre of excellence for the defence industry in New Zealand.
As the facilitator, you would be managing the activities of the MDH and driving the group’s strategy in conjunction with the elected Executive board.
Aspects of MDH work includes;
Linkages and partnerships between NZ Defence Force,international defence forces, related public agencies and the local defence industry
Attraction and growth of MDH membership and organisation profile
Achieving a level of recognition for the Manawatu
You will need to have outstanding interpersonal skills and experience in building effective professional networks, along with identifying business development opportunities for members to capitalise on.
