Funding boost to businesses

More than $34,000 in research and development investments have been approved for two innovative Manawatu businesses through TechNZ recently, the business investment programme of the Foundation for Research, Science and Technology.

Vision Manawatu is a TechNZ partner, responsible for securing regional investments for Manawatu businesses. Richard Forgie, the Growth and Investment Director at Vision Manawatu, says “research and development projects for smaller companies are key if we are going to create new innovative products for export markets.”
