As a strong supporter of Vision Manawatu, Rodney is working with staff and the Board to assist the organisation to meet its goals.
Rodney has strong networks within the Manawatu community and has a good understanding of economic development, with over 20 years senior management experience. He has a background in product development and marketing, particularly in the food sectors. Rodney has been involved in assisting many start-up businesses in the region and is interested in actively mentoring and growing organisations.
Rodney is a lover of fly fishing, and enjoys being able to fish on more than a dozen pristine rivers in the region.
Jacqui Middleton - Operations Manager
Operations Manager Jacqui Middleton was born and bred in Palmerston North so is committed to the success of the region.
Jacqui has a NZ Diploma in Business, a Diploma in Human Resources, NZIM Diploma in Management, and over 15 years experience in operations, finance, office management and administration specialising in systems and process management.
With two children Jacqui loves that in Palmy you can have both a successful career and bring up a family in a great environment.

Ainslee particularly likes helping others, working at events, and when she is not working you will find her shopping, cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
