Key areas of experience include strategic positioning and organisational change, as well as operational and administrative management to board of director level.

Jacqui Middleton - Operations Manager
Operations Manager Jacqui Middleton was born and bred in Palmerston North so is committed to the success of the region.
Jacqui has a NZ Diploma in Business, a Diploma in Human Resources, NZIM Diploma in Management, and over 19 years experience in operations, finance, office management and administration specialising in systems and process management.

Karen Blair is a Regional Business Advisor and the local coordinator for Business Mentors New Zealand.
After 21 years in Banking with the past 10 in Business Banking it was time for change. Karen has now been here at Vision Manawatu for over 2 years, and is an extremely valued member of the team.
Karen's passion is living the "Good Life" in the country on the outskirts of Palmerston North and believes the epitome of living in our area is our proximity to either the city or country life, the best of both worlds right here on our door step.
Amy Jacobs - Business Support Coordinator
Business Support Coordinator Amy Jacobs joined Vision Manawatu in April 2014, having just moved to Palmerston North.
Amy has vast experience within different Administration and Customer Service based roles. After living in Wellington her whole life, she made the big move to Manawatu in early 2014 and is enjoying the peaceful lifestyle and friendly people it has to offer.
Amy also has a strong passion for Photography and Design. She prides herself in having a fresh and creative way of thinking which she incorporates into her role.
Kerrie McFadyen - Communications Coordinator
Kerrie McFadyen is our part-time Communications Coordinator here at Vision
With experience gained through marketing and communication roles, this sparked an interest to study the topics further. Kerrie has now nearly completed her Bachelor of Business Studies, with a double major in Marketing and Communications, and very much enjous providing real value in her role, not only to Vision Manawatu, but to the wider business community.
Having grown up in Palmerston North, Kerrie is passionate about the success of the region, and businesses within it.
Julia Giles - Business Support Coordinator (Temporary)
Julia is the newest addition to the Vision Manawatu team, covering for Amy while she is on maternity leave.
With over 15 years experience working in administration and customer service, Julia is a great addition to the team, albeit it temporary. She has worked in both the public and private sector, and across a variety of industries which will be a valuable asset to her in the Business Support role.
Having spent over 30 years living and working in the Manawatu, Julia believes this is a great place to raise a family and has so much to offer.
Cara French - Office Administrator
Cara French has the distinction of being Vision's longest serving employee, with over 15 years service as our Office Administrator.
